The power generation and gas conditioning programming is 100% customized in-house based on over five years of electric frac operations. So why did we select a large aero-derivative turbine for our electric frac power source?

  • Reliability & Maintenance:

    Reciprocating engines have an estimated 50x the maintenance events versus large aero-derivative turbines. With the Evolution team hyper-focused on maximizing efficiencies, we only settle for the best.

  • Field Gas:

    Large aero-derivative turbines have substantially more fuel-flexibility versus reciprocating natural gas engines. This makes the field gas conditioning process simpler which is key reason why most dual-fuel and reciprocating engine fleets rely on CNG fueling.

  • Footprint:

    For a standard Permian basin job design, the Evolution electric fleet requires 85% less power generation & gas supply trailers versus a reciprocating engine electric fleet. This reduced footprint leads to smaller wellpads, faster mobilizations, increased safety, less personnel, & less maintenance.
